Add-ons, packages, and images on quotes

Quoting with the features available on the Grow plan gives you tools to build flexible quotes that stand out from the competition and show clients exactly what they’ll get. Combining these features allows you to: 

  • Boost your revenue with optional line items by creating add-ons and packages
  • Build flexible quotes that stand out with images to personalize your quotes
  • Close more leads

Quote Follow-ups— Automate following up on your quotes to win more work. Based on a schedule set by you, Jobber will reach out to your clients to remind them about that quote you haven’t heard back on yet. This will save you both time and energy when you don’t have to worry about doing the follow-up yourself.

Optional Line Items on Quotes— Give your clients the choice of additional services in addition to the line items you’ve quoted. This is great for your clients to round out the work being performed with supplementary services and great for you to have a higher quoted total. 

Line Item Images on Quotes—Show off your offerings with an image for each line item in the quote. After all, you’re proud of the products that you carry and the services you provide so why not show your customer exactly what you could do for them. 

Markups on Quotes– Add markup to your products and services when building a quote and see your estimated margin so that you set the perfect price. 

Then tie it all together with lead management, so you can identify quickly who’s a lead and get back to them right away. 

Lead Management— Track your leads and manage client details whether you’re at the office or out in the field. Lead management functionality allows you to track important customer details as they progress from a lead to a client.

Organize and scale up

Jobber Payments— Get paid on average 4x faster than checks when your clients pay with debit or credit. No more waiting for checks in the mail! 

Jobber Payments is our fully integrated payment processing platform that lets you manage client card information, payments, and deposits in Jobber. Using Jobber Payments also enables automatic payments and the ability to save a card on file for clients. 

Jobber Payments is available in the UK, US, and Canada.

Job Costing– When running a business, it’s important to understand your profitability. There are many factors that go into making a profit, including your pricing, labor costs, and expenses. To make sure that you are staying on track, job costing is available on one-off jobs where you can see your profit margin, profit, and total price.

Location Timers in the Jobber App– Say goodbye to your team forgetting to clock in! With location timers, visit timers automatically start running once your team arrives at the job site and stop running once they leave. 

Custom automation builder – Save time on administrative tasks by automating essential workflows and reducing the risk of human error. The Custom Automation Builder in Jobber allows you to create tailored automations using triggers, conditions, and actions. Streamline your daily operations by automating routine tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Automated Referrals— Word of mouth has moved online. Jobber makes it easy for your clients to refer their friends over email, text, or social media, as soon as the job is complete. All you have to do is deliver 5-star service that your clients want to spread the word about!

Access for up to 10 users— a user is anyone who needs to log into jobber.com or through the mobile app. 

Provide top-class customer service

Two-Way Text Messaging— Text your clients and carry on a conversation directly in Jobber. Two-way text messaging allows you to communicate with your clients instantly and see their replies right away. Using the same dedicated phone number, texts from all your team members will come from the same phone number and appear in the same thread. When a client calls your dedicated phone number, the call will be forwarded to your phone number listed in your company settings. 

Add on marketing tools

Add Marketing Suite to your plan to get access to all three Marketing Tools (Reviews, Campaigns, and Referrals) for $79 USD per month. Marketing Suite is available on all plans, except for Lite, in Canada, United States, and Great Britain.

  • Reviews can be added to all plans in Canada, United States, and Great Britain for $39 USD per month.
  • Campaigns can be added to all plans, except Lite, for $29 USD per month.
  • Referrals can be added to all plans for $29 USD per month. 

Add-ons are not available while in trial.
